Sales Strategy Session

  • Your business will do a 1/2 day (4 hour) sales strategy session to create your 12 month road-map to growing your business.  We do a deep dive into the current state of your business and how you measure success, then go out 12 months.  What do you want your business to look like a year from now.  We identify the gap and then break it down by month giving you a solid plan for growing your business.
